How does it work?
Managed Workstations
It all starts with the workstation. Everyone has a computer. We base all of our support off of the workstation. To be a concierge client, you must have at least one workstation supported. We include unlimited*** 24/7/365 US based Call/Chat/Email support. We will provide and manage anti-virus and anti-malware software. We will provide Remote Connection, both for immediate remote support from our help desk, but also can be used for business users to access their workstations. In addition, we offer fully managed backups for every workstation so that all data from all users is always protected.

Many clients have servers as part of their environments. A server may be a physical machine, or it may be a single virtual machine. For concierge service, all physical servers and virtual machines must be supported (priced individually). In addition, we offer fully managed backups for every server so that all data from all users is always protected.

Managed Network Devices
Most businesses have multiple network devices as part of their environments. These range from routers, switches, and wireless access points to networked printers (we do not warranty printer hardware), and networked attached storage (NAS) devices. We can provide full management of these items as part of our concierge service along with your workstations and servers. We can even implement quality of service (QOS), software defined networking (SDN), and site-to-site and remote access VPN.

Onsite Support and Projects
We strive to reduce the costs for all of our clients, which is why unlimited*** remote support is included in everything we do. We also try to guide or clients to make decisions and investments (in infrastructure, etc) to reduce, or even eliminate, the need for onsite support. Luckily, if needed, we can provide next business day (and possibly same day), onsite support for the continental US.
Separately, we are happy to help support ancillary systems, software, etc. that wouldn’t be normally included in our workstation and/or server support. We can also take on your IT project needs to expansion, new system/s, and upgrades. Project work can be done hourly, or at a fixed cost (as negotiated).
